Bathyah

Bathyah, from Uganda, graduated high school as a Beacon School Scholar in 2023.

Since graduating high school, Bathyah has charted a path defined by curiosity, discipline, and service. She currently works as the Marketing and Programme Executive at ARLLS. Her role encompasses project management, communications, and leadership development, building skills that enable her to contribute to both strategic initiatives and hands-on operations.

Alongside professional work, Bathyah has remained committed to continuous learning, pursuing studies in economics while also exploring computer science through Harvard’s CS50 courses. She is particularly interested in the intersections of leadership, technology, and structural change, fields she intends to fuse into her long-term journey. Bathyah also independently runs personal branding initiatives, helping individuals secure a digital fingerprint with stronger community reach and engagement. She is steadily assembling a record of independence and responsibility, balancing work culture with academic pursuit.
