University registration complete

Thank you for registering your interest in The Beacon Scholarship for University.

Please click below to download two forms:

  • Nomination Form which must be completed by the Head of your current secondary school
  • Eligibility Form which must be completed by you and your parents and returned to Beacon, as soon as you receive offer(s) from Beacon Partner Universities

NOTE: BEACON MUST RECEIVE SCHOLARSHIP NOMINATION FORMS BY 15 JANUARY. NO EXTENSIONS ARE POSSIBLE.

Instructions for completion and next steps:

  1. Download both the Nomination Form & the Eligibility Form and save them to your computer. 
  2. Send the Nomination Form by email as an attachment to your Head of school explaining that you wish to be nominated for The Beacon Scholarship for University. Ask your Head to complete the form and send it to Beacon (all instructions are supplied with the form).
  3. Beacon will acknowledge receipt of your Nomination by email to your Head copying you. If you have not heard from Beacon within two weeks of sending the Nomination to your Head, please contact your Head to make sure your form has been completed and sent to Beacon. Please do not contact Beacon unless you have first checked with your Head.
  4. When you receive your first offer from a Beacon Partner University, inform us and send us your completed Eligibility Form and a copy of each Beacon Partner University offer letter; you can do this by email to info@beaconscholarship.com.
  5. Once we have received your completed Eligibility Form and copies of your offer(s) from Beacon Partner Universities, eligible candidates will be sent a full Application Form for The Beacon Scholarship for University which you must then complete and submit.

If your Head is unable to complete and submit electronically, or would prefer to hand write a Nomination, please email info@beaconscholarship.com and request a Nomination Form which can be completed manually.

PLEASE NOTE: a Nomination is not a full application. Once a Nomination Form is received for a candidate there will be a review of their suitability for a Beacon Scholarship for University. If they are deemed to be suitable, candidates will then be invited to complete a full Application Form.
