In June, the Beacon Trustees hosted a leavers lunch for all Beacon University Scholars and Alumni.
The Trustees of the Beacon Equity Trust were delighted to host a celebratory lunch for Beacon University Scholars past and present. This special gathering marked the achievements of scholars graduating this summer, as well as the continued impact of our vibrant alumni community – Beacon Forever.
Scholars from our Partner Universities and Alumni across the UK came together with members of the Beacon UK team for an afternoon of conversation and the chance to catch up in person. Although inclement weather prompted a last-minute change of venue, it didn’t dampen the spirits of our attendees. The afternoon unfolded with a relaxed lunch, followed by inspiring speeches from graduating Scholar Francesca, Beacon Alumni members, and Trustee Ajay Sood.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Francesca on her graduation and wish her every success as she embarks on the next chapter of her Changemaker journey.
