Five new Beacon Scholarships for University have been awarded in 2020.
The Trustees of the Beacon Equity Trust are very pleased to announce that Beacon Scholarships for University have been awarded to four new scholars starting in September 2020, and to one new Scholar whose place has been deferred to September 2021.

- Amy Migunda, age 18 at University of Cambridge, Cambridge, UK;
- Arthur Ddamulira, age 19 at Cardiff University, Cardiff, UK;
- Chelimo Koitaba, age 18 at Imperial College, London, UK;
- Ryan Mbai, age 17 at University of Bristol, Bristol, UK;
- Shawn Mwenje, age 19 at University of Cambridge, UK – deferred to 2021 entry.
