In October we delivered leadership workshops focusing on communication and making a personal impact.
The Module 6 workshops were delivered via Zoom in October for school and university scholars. Participants shared their learnings and reflections from the online course, and brought new-found communication and presentation skills to the workshop.
They were then grouped and tasked with delivering powerful spoken and written presentations on one of a selection of themes:
- Gender Equality
- Climate Emergency
- Tackling Poverty
Feedback from the course and workshop included comments such as:
“Group activities foster collaboration, diverse perspectives, and hands-on practice of communication concepts” and
“Interactive elements, such as reviewing peers’ work, boost engagement and learning“.
