Davida, from Uganda, graduated in 2026. Alongside her studies, she has contributed to globally relevant research in the field of biotechnology. She is also an analyst for JEPA Africa Research Services, and writes articles on key East African developments. She is passionate about using her expertise in the food, nutrition and health fields, with a focus on the use of local and indigenous ingredients. To support this work, she has created a website for schools on nutrition, food production and cooking.
